SpeedExam is a mature online exam platform with a lot in the box: ten question types, certificates, partial marking, a practice test maker and a store for selling exams. Its AI webcam proctoring runs on proctor credits. The Professional plan comes with 50 of them, and SpeedExam doesn't publish what more cost. TunnelQuiz works the other way around. Every credit is one candidate sitting with proctoring included, and the price of an extra credit is on the pricing page.
SpeedExam's pricing page says you can "buy any number of proctor credits when needed" but gives no price for them, and its FAQ answers the cost question with "customized pricing". TunnelQuiz publishes its top-up rate: $0.38 a credit on the smallest pack and less on larger ones, on any paid plan, and a credit covers one proctored sitting.
On SpeedExam, exam attempts and AI proctoring are counted separately: Professional gives you 500 exam attempts a month and 50 free proctor credits. On TunnelQuiz, a credit is a sitting with proctoring on, so 150 credits on Essential means 150 proctored tests. Unproctored tests on paid plans don't use credits at all.
SpeedExam's free plan allows 25 exam attempts a month, with no AI proctoring and no instructor accounts. TunnelQuiz's Free plan gives you 50 credits a month with screen capture, tab-switch logging, fullscreen enforcement and copy-paste blocking on every test. Webcam snapshots start on Essential.

It also shows rupee prices: Professional is ₹1,459 a month billed yearly. Extra proctor credits are sold on request at a price the page doesn't list.
